This product had a lot of potential I was really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately there is no Elasticity in the product, it wasn’t the best quality like I expected (especially paying $30 after shipping and taxes for something I originally payed like $11 for on TikTok shop). Admittedly I didn't initially get this shirt for the form fit, but because it seemed to serve the same purpose as more expensive rash guard shirts for running. After a few wears I did notice that it was pretty slimming though and decided I'd wear it a few times under my normal every day outfits; and it definitely got me more than a few compliments around the office. As far as fitment was concerned, I'm 5'11 and 230lb at about 20% body fat and the Large came through for me just fine, it was still snug enough to pull in my love handles a bit and smoothed out my gut by a considerable degree. Material is definitely synthetic, but I think that is a given for any kind of fitness/compression clothing or equipment so it shouldn't come as a surprise. The stitching was solid and it didn't seem (heh) that any of the seams were incomplete or poorly stitched from the few panels that were separate. I did feel as though I got a good deal on the shirt, especially compared to some other brands' slimming or compression equipment. The more fitness-geared the advertising it seems, the more expensive the shirt, despite them being functionally the same. This one came in quite competitive overall price-feature ratio wise and I'm happy with it.

I'm short (5'5") and very heavy (270) . I've lost 60 pounds since my heaviest, but it's left me the wrong kind of shapely, and I need to wear a nice suit this weekend rather than after I lose another 100lbs.This just arrived and I couldn't be much happier. Without this, I wear a size 52 suit jacket, and it fits in the chest but I can't quite button the top button of the jacket and have it look right without sucking in my gut a lot. With this, a size 50 fits just fine in the chest and buttons. World of difference.Ordered a 2x. It's really tight to pull on (isn't that the point?) but it's very comfortable for what it is once it's on.

For the first few days, the tank top really did what it advertised. I for real struggled to get out or in of the shirt. While I'm not necessarily large, i do have a visible belly. Wearing the tank made me look like i almost had a flat stomach. However, the more you wear, the less it had it tightness. While it now still makes me look slimmer, it's not as trimming as it first was. But thats not the shirt's fault since i wore it all day long. Nonetheless, just wanted to mention that in case. The shirt is also not very breathable. I ordered this in the summer and it was very hot, so i did sweat quite a bit. The sweat, rather than sinking in like regular shirts, it simply stayed on the top of the shirt. But do recommend this product if you're going to attend a event and what to look slimmer. Just be prepared that the tightness gradually fades away and it's not very breathable. PS: I recommened buying a smaller size. Im a medium for most shirts, but a small fit me perfectly.

I needed a little help to get me into a suit so I decided to try this product. I was very apprehensive because I sweat a lot and I don’t like things that are very tight or uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised on how well this fit. I wore this to work so I can see how it worked and it was very comfortable. I did not sweat in it. It did the job took about 2 inches of my stomach. These compression shirts work grear to hide my small amount of gyno and makes me look like I have a flat chest. I would def recommend to anyone who has small pointy nipples and wants to hide them under a shirt. I am a 5'7, 145lb male and wear a L. The tightness isn't to uncomfortable, just takes alittle getting use to.

Until I got a look at myself in the most unflattering lighting in a dressing room at the mall, I was unaware that my nipples are showcased while wearing a T-shirt, and hang a bit low. Sad looking really… Up until that realization I had never considered a compression T-shirt so I wasn’t quite sure about sizing. I wear a US small, and ordered a pair of mediums. Luckily though larges arrived. I could barely get myself into the one I tried on, but I’m pretty certain it’s the size I needed to contain my little bit of belly, and itty bitty orangutan titties. Put a t-shirt over it, and it looked like I had been to the gym, so the shape is good. My nipples will no longer assault anyone’s vision, and for that I am thankful. Stitching is great, and looks easily washable, but I wouldn’t dry it in the dryer in case it shrinks more. Only concern I have is that it may get hot because the material, while good quality, it is not very breathable.

The product was disappoint and didn’t do what it said it does. It was just another tank top and didn’t compress much and this was with a smaller size than I normally wear.

If you decide to get this product, you’re going to have to be prepared to adjust it all day. It’s going to roll up into a belly shirt with every few steps. With the curve of your stomach, it can’t stay over it. Wish it was designed a little better.

I bought this for my husband who is in his late 40’s. He wasn’t thrilled with me at first lol Then after trying it he realized how nicely this works. It arrived quickly. The material is smooth, soft, breathable and cooling. It does what it says. It is a great compression shirt. The black is simple and slimming and look nice and smooth under any type of shirt. It works well for large bellies and chests. It has a nice shape to it. It has washed up well after repeated washings. I highly recommend and have told others about it. It would be a good idea to order multiple of these so you don’t have to wash frequently although they seem to stay pretty clean and odor free. I’ve heard compression clothing can possibly help blood flow to muscles, and can help during physical activities. The shirt is flattering and shows defined muscles definition and body shape if you have that going on. It can also be layered under loose -fitting clothing for structure and support. It won’t make you lose any weight of course but it will give you the appearance of doing so. Overall very pleased with this compression shirt and highly recommend.

The last time I ordered Large and it dit great, this time it was definitely smaller. Still able to wear them, just have to put it on like shorts.

First off, I tore my shoulder trying to get this thing off. Wearing this made me feel way more fat than without it. After losing a considerable amount of weight, I was looking for something to help firm up the skin in my abdominal area when going out and needing to dress up. It is a challenge to put these on if you have never used these before. After once or twice it becomes very easy. Remember to step into them rather than pull over!These were perfect and exactly what I was looking for. They are comfortable and I find I am wearing these more often than I thought. I now have several! They are breathable enough to go out in the heat and still stay comfy. Many reviews mentioned sizing challenges, but I found if you get the size you would get in a t-shirt.. it's about perfect. Any stretching out after a day is minimal, they return to new after a wash.

These shirts are a bit hard to put on at first but not too bad once you figure it out. I step into it from the top and slide it up until it's in place. It’s got decent length and if I pull it as far down as I can manage I can get it to the point just below my pelvic bone where my thigh meets my torso. This thing does exactly what it needs to do. It’s very comfortable and durable. Not very breathable, but very moisture wicking. I ddnt realize I was sweating til I took it off so would probably be a good addition for workouts. Hands down I gotta say this was a great purchase. I feel like I have armor on and makes me feel more confident. It's a tight fit to get on, but once you have it on it's totally worth it. Very comfortable too. I don't even feel it on after about two minutes. For any guy wanting to hold it in without looking like you're popping out in other places then you can buy with confidence.

I bought these despite reading the reviews mentioning how unbelievably tight they are. They’re so tight that the intended way to put them on according to the packaging is to put them through your legs instead of your head. After using them for about 20 minutes, I had no choice but to take them off. My rib cage actually felt a little sore afterwards. I’m actually worried that continuous use of these will eventually make a guy’s chest smaller. I definitely don’t recommend anyone underage wears these unless they want a smaller rib cage.

I’m 6’1” & 215 lbs. I normally wear 36” waist pants. I ordered a large. It does fit tight but probably is supposed to. Follow instructions on how to put it on. Can’t put it on over your head like a regular shirt. Put it on like a pair of pants and pull it up. It works as claimed. I love the material. I get hot very easily. But this material fits cool.

This shirt is the real deal. It’s 60% nylon and 40% spandex, which is double the spandex of most compression shirts. I’m 305 lbs and 6’ tall with a lot of excess skin from weight loss. It does an amazing job of slimming out all the curves. Highly recommended.

I bought this to hide my tummy and man-boobs. I was hoping I would have had better luck. I'm thinking I should have got a large. They wrong very small

This vest helps me feel like I look good at the gym and feel stronger. Its not the most comfortable vest since I have a bit of fat but it fits pretty snug on my body. It gives a lot of support to my chest and other areas. Since I have Gynecomastia, it helps hide it pretty well and makes my chest pumps look really good in the mirror, I even got some compliments from other lifters at the gym!My favorite thing is how it tighter on the sides, so it makes you look slimmer. When you stretch a certain way, fat does not come out of the side like some other products. The quality of the vest is actually quite good, it doesnt feel like its going to rip when you try it in. The sides are of especially good quality, so if you have more fat, then it won't feel like it will break apart and still does a good job of holding everything together. I think this is a solid product that I recommend.

Got this shirt in today (3/23/24) and thankfully did not get a shirt that stank terribly - in place, I can’t tell if it was previously owned or what because it smelled of cologne and was stained heavily pink in the armpit area as well as on the chest. Aside from those issues, it amazingly flattened my chest and for the first time in years I am able to see what I look flat chested again. Made my lil gut tuck away nicely too! Recommend, but proceed at caution cause it seems you may get a used one or one that was sprayed heavily with cologne.

I bought this shirt after I bought the Tommy copper one which was over 100 this is just as good if not better than that material is better and I like that it's sleeveless I didn't necessarily buy this as a slimming more of a back support and it works great I work in a kitchen so I wear it under my chef coat not hot at all and isn't stretched out like the Tommy copper did

Fantastic top and I’ve been using it daily for over a year now. You don’t notice it on what clothing you put over it and it hides “moobs”. Perfect for gym wear too. If you plan to use it daily which you should I’d recommend just buying 4-5 straight up so you never have to worry about not having the pairs clean to use or if it’s in the dishwasher etc. Genuinely one of the best products I’ve bought in terms of how much I spend and get out of it other than maybe an electric toothbrush lol

After reading other reviews I went against my better judgement and ordered a size up . It fit tight ( a compression shirt should ) but it would ride up and I had to keep pulling it back down . I ordered my correct size and yes it fit tighter ( like a compression shirt should ) and doesn't ride up . With that being said the shirt works as advertised, I am 5'9""175# with muscular chest that causes my nipples to show through shirts but this hides them as well as keeping my posture straight .

I used this for support prior to surgery and after incisional surgery. Garment has excellent support, the fabric is thick and well made. I wear it daily, it holds up to frequent washing and drying. I can't recommend it enough.

I was not entirely confident going into this purchase, but after a few uses I found I was enjoying it a lot more then I thought I would. I'm a big fan of compression shirts in general, mostly to help with athletic performance, but I'd mostly stuck to a full shirt design. One thing that I wasn't expecting was the big difference between the tank top design, giving me a little extra arm mobility and not being quite as stifling as other designs. I found that when taking my athletic performance into account, I was feeling a bit better and helped keep a little cooler. Not to mention the benefit of looking nicer. As much as I like to focus on athletic performance, it does not nice to hurt looking good while doing it. Adding a little extra confidence and helping extenuate my bodies natural musculature and so far has kept up with everything I've asked of it. Coming into it with an open mind with a style I've never tried before, I've really been surprised by the level of quality, especially for the price. Overall I found I really enjoyed it for my gym activities, it compresses well and would buy again.

I personally struggle with gynocomastia, and this compression shirt really helped it. i’ve been pretty insecure of my body, because i’m skinny fat, never perfectly skinny or have a 6 pack. wearing this helps a lot. it decreases the look of my nipples popping out when i wear shirts and other sorts of clothing, it’s a real life saver and helped me a lot. i wear it to the gym and almost everywhere else because i kind of need it haha. the texture of it is pretty cold and nice, i don’t think it’ll keep you warm, which is a good thing if you’re working out. i let my bigger cousin try the shirt aswell, and it made him look a lot skinnier aswell. this is like the male version of the girl’s waist device; expect this is just temporary. it does boost confidence though, which i really like a lot. the price is good, but the sizing is inaccurate. if toy get a medium, don’t expect it to fit on you if you are a medium, it’s more like an XS. that’s just one improvement, but everything else is amazing about this. i wish i found it sooner honestly. thank you!!

These are definitely compression shirts/ vests 100%...but they are prob made too good/tight. The shirts compress and so it is very difficult to get them on and especially hard to get them off without some practice and routine. If you sweat in them you will know what I mean. Meaning, there is 1 easy way to put them on, and ONLY 1 way to easily get your ass out of these lol. You better find that out or you could find yourself having to get cut out of one of these to get it off lol.

I’ve used other similar products (one of the other highly rated brands) which tended to lose their elasticity rather quickly and were made of material that made any shirt you wore over it cling tightly to the material, even if the shirt was significantly larger in size. This product has some cling to it but it is minimal so my shirts look and feel more natural on me.

FYI, I did NOT buy this for working out.I mistakenly bought the Medium thinking it would get me to where I wanted to be. This size is almost impossible for me to put on because it's so tight. I'm not kidding. I can barely get it on or off. Once I get it on, it does help a little. In my case, I don't have loose skin where this might help more. I have firm pounds so no shirt is going to make that go away. My takeaway is that there is no magic wand with any clothing product. I need to do the work. And if you want to buy this, buy the size you are rather than the size you want to be. (You may even need to buy a size up. It's REALLY tight!)

WHEW!! Decided to try this ‘t-shirt’ out to hide some of my flabby parts. At first I bought a large (I wear large shirts normally) but I was so uncomfortable it was too tight. So I then gave the large to someone else and ordered an XL. This fit much better. It defiantly does the job. It reminds me of those corsets. The fabric is stretchy but thinking around your waste/chest. You have to step INTO it and not put it on like a regular shirt (as they directed). I’ve worn this a couple times and I have no complaints about the product. But I’ll say by the time the night is over, I can’t wait to get it off (ha) only because it can feel quite restrictive. I have a bit of a gut so this makes me feel a bit trimmer when I’m wanting to. Great product!

Sizing information - I'm 6'0", 210 lbs, 43" chest, 38" waist where my pants sit. I got a size L and it's the right size.Bought this partially because a little help with the dad bod occasionally is nice, but mostly for the compression. I'm the type that finds compression on my skin to be calming (sensory processing issues). The shirt is thick and elastic-y enough to give good compression but is fairly breathable and doesn't feel sweaty like I imagine a giant elastic band would.For body shaping, the shirt does smooth everything out and create a slightly better silhouette, but also it's not magical and it's not a proper corset with boning to really pull everything in, so don't expect magic.My only issue is that the diameter of the shirt is fairly cylindrical, whereas my torso is not, with my waist where the shirt ends being smaller then my chest. At my waist it's not nearly as tight, and so it wants to ride up a bit all the time. For me a slightly tighter area of elastic would help at the bottom, but I can also imagine for others with more uniform body measurements this would be uncomfortable. It's a very minor issue.

It is worth noting I did order a size up from my normal size given this was going to be tight. I am glad I did, anything smaller wouldn't be worth the additional discomfort. As far as looks, it's no substitute for diet and exercise but it does smooth things out a little. In other words your mid section is a less lumpy and 30% closer to a smooth ball. It all has to go somewhere, there is no air to squeeze out or anything so it's just a game of moving things aside a little at the cost of mild discomfort. I suppose if I got my more normal size I would be 2 of 100 steps closer to that hour glass figure at the cost of hardly breathing, not worth it for me.One tip the instructions mention (and hopefully you see it) don't put it on over your head. Instead step into it and pull it up to your shoulders, it's much easier that way.

So far so good holding in a few extra pounds and it's doing great. Senses a tank top I do not get extremely hot wearing it. Only issue I have is it comes untucked pretty easy wish it was a little bit longer.

It is nice and does hide some of the belly as well, not recommended for hot weather, but very good for cold. The material is not cotton, more polyester so can be difficult to keep tucked in.

I don't know why many people are saying it's too small, did they forget it's supposed to squeeze you a little? It does what it says it does. It could be better with it's stitching and not have the midline stitch to look like a bump on your stomach, but it feels nice, as well for me it feels like it cools your torso as well. I got my slimmer shirt last week. It's tight to get on and I read a review where the person said its tiny and 2 sizes too small. Well guys , that's the point. Now let me clue you in on how to put this on . First, laty the shirt down . Pick up the bottom edges and roll it up . Then , when its rolled up almost to the neck, slide it over your head and put your arms through. Now simply unroll it like a trojan 😆 😉.Taking it off is just the opposite. Roll it up and then slide the arms out .I love this shirt but can't really review it for durability. Quality is spot on...ps. I'm still fat . Btw - im 5 7 and weigh 209 and waist is 39 or 40 . Bought the 2XL ....

Surprisingly very comfortable to wear. I am top heavy and have man boobs and massive tire (luv handles) and stomach. 5ft7,290lbs. This product definitely keeps the fat controlled on my man boobs, tire and stomach. It doesn't really flatten out perse but he does compress the fat. Here lies the issue it looks good standing up because everything levels out. But once you sit down all my fat buldes right up like and it's uncomfortable because now all the compressed fat is trying to breathe and get out.So as long as you don't plan on sitting this is great. You are guaranteed to go down a shirt size or two and it will give you an inch lost in waist. But once you sit it's all downhill from there. Remember it compresses fat so once you sit the fat has to go somewhere.The only other con is that it is comfortable once on. But it is a struggle to get on it not a traditional tank top.This likely works better for smaller build guys but they don't need it to begin with. If you are big like me give it a try but there will be some struggles.

Great compression ability!For sizing, I have a female body, so this may not apply to everyone: I ordered a medium based on my measurements (37”chest, 30.5” waist). The shirt fits… weird. It’s tight on my waist and hips, tight enough that it’s hard to get into. Definitely some compression/ shaping happening there. It’s comfortable on my chest but to the point there’s actually less compression than a normal sports bra. Also, it’s big around my arms and neck, just barely tight enough to sit smoothly. Pretty ok under a shirt but frustrating that it doesn’t quite do what I wanted, and if it’s positioned wrong it’ll roll up all day.

So if the point is compression, yes it does the job, for it's price it's fair to say it's an OK purchase, but...This thing is thick, really thick! the breathability is bad if you live in Southern California, it wicks the sweat fast because is synthetic but at the same time makes you sweat more because of the thickness and weight and really feels almost like summer wetsuit thick.I have compression undershirts of different price points and brands, I personally love the Under Armor ones because they are lightweight and efficient and true to the size, specially those meant for Football players.But this does do the job, probably I'll use it more on winter when snowboard season arrives and a extra support to the core will be welcome, but now on summer its a bit too hot for my taste.Also it runs a bit on the smaller side, not too small but for sure on the slimmer fit.One detail I really don't like is the trim in the middle of the chest, it get really highlighted if you wear something a bit tighter or some synthetic material like dry-fit, wish it was on the back and had the front made of a single panel (or didn't have it at all) I even initially thought it was because the material on the lower portion gave extra compression and support for the back but no it's on the front side, which brings to another point I dislike, there is almost no way to see which side is which until you wear it and knows that the colar is too high on the front of your neck when it's backwards.Personally I probably won't buy again, but for the price it worths giving a try, it may suit you better than it did for me, personally I'll pay the premium and stick to what been working for me.

I got the 4X based on the sizing chart of the waist and it was the perfect size (tried 3X and it was just a little too tight) I wear a 2X on my normal shirts so I thought it was a little weird to get a 4X but the sizing chart is 100% accurate so go based on that! I can’t recommend this shirt enough for anybody looking for a compression shirt to help with gynecomastia or just to help with a slimming look regardless! I have some significant gynecomastia, (boobs on a man), which this shirt keeps in check. It also keeps the jiggle in my belly a little less obvious, but I needed I so people would make eye contact with me, (“excuse me, my eyes are up HERE” is not something any man wants to say).They suggest that you step into it through the neck and slide it up, then wrestle your shoulders/arms through their respective openings… that seems to keep my rack where I want it to be.The shirt itself is great, but the piping that covers the fabric on the neck and arm holes is worthless on every one I have purchased… it comes undone every time. I hand-stitched it back on the first shirt I got which took forever so on the second one I cut the stitching off and removed the piping. That was easier, faster, and didn’t really do anything to the garment except make it less attractive. It’s already unattractive on its own so don’t worry about that. I had an urgent medical issue and had to take it off in front of my doctor, and he has had this image of me as a cross dresser ever since, (even with my explanation of what it is and why I am wearing it). I’d rather wear it and keep my voluptuous rack a secret than to run free and have everyone think, “them’s some big ones he’s got.”Keep this your secret, (but not Victoria’s Secret).

I ordered both the Eleady Men's Slimming Body Shaper Vest Compression Shirt Abs Abdomen Shapewear Workout Tank Top Undershirt (Medium, Beige Tops) (on the left in photo) and the GKVK Men's Slimming Body Shaper Vest Shirt Abs Abdomen Slim, Beige, M(Chest Size 86cm-91cm/34inches-36inch (on the right in the photo)Eleady:Pros: Nice very snug fit needed to provide the support and slimming effect I was seeking; Provides good support and slimming effect of the chest/pectoral area - this is due in part to the larger width of shoulder straps (not sure what the right word is) and the resulting smaller arm hole - this provided broader support area and prevents the skin around the arm hole from pooching out causing a bulge; Good support and slimming of the abdominal area - which is the main reason I purchased this - I am slender and also exercise regularly - but I have a gut (have always had it no matter how fit and or slim I am); the length of the garment allows it to be tucked in and stay tucked in for the most part, but I do go to the restroom a couple times a day to pull it back down as it will creep up a little throughout the day. The neck is cut low enough that it does not show with most shirts, but I'm going to to see if they have a V-neck version to use when I am wearing button up shirts that I like to button lower in warmer months. Also, it does not show through your shirt which is an important consideration as I don't want it to be evident that I am wearing an undershirt.Cons: This shirt does NOT breathe - it holds heat and you will be aware of it particularly on warm days. If you want to wear it while working out to increase perspiration it would work well for that.As stated I also purchased a similar the GKVK undergarment - it does not offer nearly as much support (reviewed also).As with all of these types of slimming undershirts you will likely want to order a size smaller than you think you need. I like Eleady the garment overall and will be purchasing another one.

I have taken off a lot of weight and it leaves behind loose skin. So how does one tighten up the skin now that they have taken off the excess fat? Get cosmetic surgery? I just found out about these compression shirts so I went ahead and ordered two sizes to find out what size fits the best for now. I returned one of the two without wearing it to exercise in etc. So it did not need to be washed. I found out the size chart is true. I'm returning the one that is tighter than the other but still tight enough for the compression shirt to work as it should. Whatever your waist size is that is the size you should order. If you go for smaller than your true size it will be tighter than it should and might not be comfortable while wearing it. I do not want it too tight but just right as I work out at the Gym exercise and pump iron and cardio etc. As I burn more fat and tighten up I will be going to a size smaller as my waist size goes down. The quality is good, feels good wearing it as the fabric is good as they describe it. I give it a 4 star. I had it on when I went to the gym to work out. It felt snug as it should felt comfortable did some sweating but not as much as a sauna vest causes. I also put it on under a shirt when I went to the store and it was comfortable and it does compress the fat making one look more firm.

I'm a tall (5'10") female with a pretty big belly at the moment due to weight gain + abdominal surgery + some stomach issues.I had bought a waist cincher but it wasn't really long enough for my torso and it was super uncomfortable at the top where the boning hits my girls and at the bottom when it my hips while sitting.I thought of ordering another without boning but cinchers in general don't feel completely secure, just floating around my waist. It would slowly fall as the day went on. Also, whether it's a zipper or hooks, that's also just more bumps and lines that would sometimes show through clothing. And sometimes my back fat would get squeezed between the top of the cincher and bra and look and feel terrible. It pretty much defeated the purpose. There's way too many issues with a cincher that made me feel less confident and sloppy rather than the opposite.This came up in my feed and I saw how long it was and read reviews and gave it a shot. My measurements are 38, 31, 40 and I ordered a Medium.The quality is so good. It almost feels like neoprene with its thickness. It's a very silky material, double-layer, long (26.5" shoulder to hem) enough to tuck, super-compressing, feels great, and really smoothing.I need a little maneuvering with the Medium to get it over my shoulders and chest but it feels great once it's on. It does smush my chest down but I'm a 36DDD so not completely. And sometimes I really don't care anyway. It provides awesome support while running.I've owned one-piece and thigh shapers that don't have nearly as much compression, thickness, and quality of materials. Stitching has not failed. Easy to wash and hang dry. I ordered it in both colors. I only wish they made it in white.

I recently purchased the compression body shaper vest color black, size LARGE and it has far exceeded my expectations.I am 6'2 and currently weigh 207 lbs, a drastic increase for me since I used to weigh about 185-190 lbs  pre pandemic, while working a very active and fast paced job on my feet up for about 8 hours a day up to 6 days a week sometimes.My current pant size is 34 (measuring with tape though I'm 38 inches around the waist and my chest size 41inches) I hope this helps.I was very pleased with the material of the body vest, it's made of a great quality elastic material with great compression and it hides well under a T-shirt or shirt for work out, walks and probably to wear to work as well. Not sure if I would just wear it as a tank top though, as the material has a sheen and slippery texture probably to slide any fabric dressed over it.I have even slept with it on, while you really feel the pressure and it's not uncomfortable or hot to wear round the clock if you get the correct side and remain in an air conditioned environment.In fact I like the pressure so much that I would consider getting a second one to wear together, instead of buying a size smaller.The pressure is really strong if you put it on as a tank top, if you have wide shoulders I would consider wearing from your legs and bringing it up trough your waist to your shoulders. You will feel the quality the moment you open the package and feel the texture and strength of the material it's made from.It's like a strong/ heavy duty leotard type fabric with overlock stitches across/below the chest area (to flatten, lift and shape potential moobs) and also across/below the gut (to keep the gut in check and support the abdominal area).  This product has helped me with my posture and after a week of wearing it I can feel my stomach muscle getting stronger and the fat tissue either disperse or harden into muscle tissue, not sure which. Now I am sure that with a good diet and conscious calorie intake this product will definitely help me achieve great results by the summer. I strongly recommend this product with confidence to anyone. Any initial discomfort is a very small price to pay in my opinion.If you are not used to pressure around your torso you might feel uncomfortable at first. But after a few hours or a couple days you will adjust to the pressure. Well, I’m an extra large in regular shirts. After reading reviews I found people to go either one size down or 2. I went down 2 to a medium. Lol. Bug mistake. Getting the dang shirt on was a chore. Or workout. Lol. I’m 5’6 and weigh 225. I’m a bit of a chunky monkey. Well, this shirt was so tight that I could only wear it for a short period of time before my circulation felt restricted. I should have ordered my size. XL. It should be enuff to help you feel slightly restricted. But not by much. I rarely use the shirt as I’m ordering a new one in xL. Once the shirt is on it actually has a nice feel against the skin. The material is strong and tuff. I recommend this shirt highly for keeping you ready fir a good workout. I would also recommend you buy your size. Don’t go up or down. You can always decide that if you want to return after the fit. Good luck!

This thing is awesome. I love it. I am a 6'3" tall male and weigh approximately 253 pounds. It fits perfect. Not too constricting. Nice firm support. The 1st thing I noticed when I opened the little bag and pulled it out was how thick it is. The stitching is really nice and seems really durable as well. So I washed it and then tried it on. It's nice and snug but doesn't feel like it hinders any movement or breathing etc. Which is good because I'm claustrophobic. So I went in the living room to check it out in the closest mirror and even though its thick, I could feel the air from the ceiling fan on my skin through the shirt. I'd have no problem wearing this thing all day, and I intend to. I can't wait to wear it under a nice dress shirt. Its slimming, comfortable, offers control if you need it. If you need support to work out, get it. You have loose skin from weight loss? Get it. You have man boobs and you'd like your chest to look more proportionate to the rest of you? Get it. If you're kind of on the fence about size, maybe this will help. I can wear a 1x tshirt and it fits me slim. Not tight, just comfortably slim. I can also wear a 2x shirt and it fits slightly loose. So I'm kind of in limbo land depending on the manufacturer of the garment. So with this compression shirt I ordered a 2x and it fits perfect. Length is perfect too. It comes down about halfway of my buttocks. It takes effort to get into the shirt but it's a compression shirt. That's part of the fun. I was able to get it on over my head and didnt have to step into it as they reccomend. I think that has more to do with your physical shape, size, and condition. This is the longest by far review I've ever written. I hope it helps someone out there that feels like they need one of these shirts. I recommend this shirt and I'd definitely buy from these guys again.

The 4XL was a pretty snug fit for me and I'm a 5'5 280lb guy with a big belly that has become loose due to weight loss. It helps keeping all my guts in place and reduced my moobs. I still look chubby obviosly, but smoother, firmer and a little slimmer. Btw for those who haven't figuered it out yet, you're supossed to put it on as if they were pants.I'm a bit displeased at two things. The packaging was wrinkled as if it had been passed around for a while, the tag wasn't tied to the shirt and it had a wrinkled piece of paper asking for feedback, all which makes me think this product is used. The second thing was that I noticed a loose thread on the bottom of the shirt.Despite that, I'll give it the benefit of the doubt because I like the product, but I'll update this if anything weird happens with the bottom of the shirt.

Okay, So I was skeptical of buying one due to lines in the shirt. I don't own any shirts that are see through. But it looks like a tank top underneath your shirt. I know you may be thinking that this is a fake review. If not then where’s the picture. Some people are self conscious about themselves. Then you may say that you can block out your face touche. I will provide a picture at a later time. I don't write reviews.But I will say don't listen to negative reviews on Amazon all of the time. Look at pictures and if you can't find any picture take a chance. If you don't like it return it if possible.In regards to this tank. My chest is not visible. I have fat in breast tissue area. I have to work out more and diet better to reduce it again. To all of my gyno guys get this. I will buy one more. I will say I bought mines a size smaller because I wanted that compression and everything to stay in place. I don't like how it rides up. So I tuck the shirt into my compression shorts. Problem sloved.Overall I think that it is good. I did not work out in this and don’t plan on to but for a date or for work def wear it. You won't regret buying this.

As a review of this product, I really like it. It feels great and is easy to put on (which is a huge plus, I've used other products that are horrible to get on and all the stretching and pulling rips or ruins the fabric). Its breathable enough to wear while exercising and its practically invisible under my clothing (again a huge plus as some have zippers and clips and end up bunching up or showing the zipper or clip lines under clothes which doesn't look great and makes people question what you're wearing under your clothing). The only draw back from this is that it does ride up while I'm working out or doing daily activities. I find myself pulling it down way more than I like. This is a common issue I have with these types of products. I bought another body shaper from a different company and have the same issue. So I wonder if its just that I have a super long torso and need a shirt shaper in a tall size which I don't think you make. Or I am wearing it wrong/need another piece at the bottom half to keep the shaper from riding up. Like shaper shorts or something. Otherwise its a great product and I love it. Oh one more thing, I wish it had more back support features. Some other shapers like the other one I bought has like a cross brace kind of feature on the back for added back support. I enjoy that feature and wish this product had it or had more of it. Together it would be far superior to the others I've tried. But otherwise its still an amazing product! I look forward to trying the free product you offer for buying this and seeing how it is as well. I would definitely consider buying another or other items from this company. I purchased this because working from home sitting behind a computer 9 to 11 hours a day for 8 months caused me to gain 40 lbs. I have gone from being mostly flat stomach to a beer gut. I purchased this to help hide this new weight gain. Unfortunately, this compression shirt or probably any compression shirt can not hide that much fat. That being said, I am impressed with the stitching because it was a beast to get on. I mean I struggled for literally 3 mins to get it on. It held very well and all the pulling and stretching it did I would have expected to hear a seam or two pop but no seams popped. It was even harder to get off. Nearly tore my rotator cuff trying to get it off.Quality-----> excellentCompression-------> excellentHiding small weight gains-----> probably excellentHiding 40 lbs of fat-----> not a chance in hellI was 215 lbs and 6'3". Currently I am 260lbs and 6'3". I ordered a xl.

About 10 years ago, I developed an incisional hernia. Over the past year, it has gotten progressively worse. So much so that it has become nearly impossible to hide it under my clothes any longer. So, I started searching for some sort of compression belt and/or top to help me manage living with it.After weeks of searching, I finally bought your product from Amazon based on the reviews. I've only had it a few days now but my first impression is very good. While it's nearly impossible for me to get on and even harder to get off, I only wish it were tighter. However, it has helped reduce the visible lump in my stomach and that's why I bought it. Once it is on and under my t-shirt it's more 'invisible' than I thought it would be. My only concerns or worries are washing it and it breaking down due to the difficulty in getting it on and taking it off. I hope it doesn't but I do worry about that. I'm sure the XXL would have been much easier to manage but would not be tight enough. So, I'm glad I went with the XL size.All in all, I'm very impressed with the beige tank and am glad I purchased it. I'm hoping it will help ease my concerns about going out in public with this hernia, get employed again then have the hernia repaired. I like this shaper very much, it does what it needs to do.Based on the size chart, I should have ordered Size XL or even XXL as my measurement is about 37 inches at my waist. But after reading the reviews and questions, it looked like I would need a smaller size, most likely size L. So I ordered size L but unfortunately, it was too big and loose. I decided to order size M and returned the L.The size M fits me correctly and works very well. It holds my abdomen in place which helps me with lower back pain while it holds my stomach also in a more natural position. While the size M fits me correctly, I think I could use a little more compression at the waist level (belly button level) but cannot complain. But I know going for size S will not work as it will be too tight on the top and probably I won't be able to get it on. The size M is just right and while it is a little hard to put it on, I got used to it right away and I wear it almost every day.I recommend this product, but you need to order the correct size for you. A suggestion I have is to measure your waist, then measure it one more time while holding up your stomach and make sure you are standing straight. If the difference is very big and you feel your body should be like that, then go by the second measurement to place the order, if you think it will be too tight, then go one size up.Hope this helps.

I'm a 6ft 195lbs man and wear a medium shirt so I bought a medium. When I first took this out of the package I struggled with how to effectively get the damn thing on because it was so tight it felt as though it was trapping my arms and putting me into a submission move. Yes, I realize it's a compression shirt and is supposed to be tight but this was super tight!After giving it some thought I decided to step into the neck hole and pull it up like a wrestler onesie. Worked like a charm and it fit very well. It smashed down all my loose skin from losing 120lbs and gave me the appearance of a flat stomach and nice chest. It felt very supportive and I found my self wanting to wear it everywhere.Then it happened. The threading around the neck and arm holes started to unravel after two short months. I still wear it but I am worried it will only degrade further and faster from here. For $26 I was hoping I would get more than a couple months of use out of the thing.On a side note: The thing seems to trap in body odor smells from when I wear it while exercising. I wash it and wear it and as soon as it heats up a bit I start smelling the faint smell of laundry detergent and BO. I prefer to eat a curry, not smell like one.

I had been considering a slimming garment for some time, as I am a bit overweight and out of shape, but didn't want to dive into some of the expensive ones if the concept wasn't for me.The pros of this item: it will slim and shape somewhat, but don't expect miracles.This is going to take ten inches of your waist or anything. I haven't broken out the tape measure, but there was a perceptible difference in how my jeans felt/fit around my girth. It does help with posture a bit, but not like a back brace. It is nice and light.One con I found is a combination of my body and how the item is designed. I do have, well, shall we say less than toned under arm and upper chest areas. As this is a tank top and the seams run along the side of the torso in that area, wearing this for prolonged periods (i.e. all day) I noticed a slightly chafed feeling to that area, likely from the subtle movement of the seam or garment edge over the skin as you move and go about your day. Next time around, I may be looking at something in a t-shirt style or one that does not have that seam. I may try wearing it inside out, too, to see if that helps.This was overall a good purchase for the price, when this type of thing can run 5x the price or more.

Give me a moment of your time to unload my thoughts on this product. I am giving this compression shirt 5 stars because of its effectiveness. I received my package in a timely fashion, and I promptly took it into my bathroom to try it on. It fit very snug and seemed to keep the chunkiness at bay. "I still have my dignity....right?!" I asked myself. I told myself I needed to ponder the question, and I would get back to myself. I glared into the mirror and noted how it contoured my belly like I was hiding a giant smooth egg under my shirt. I turned to the front. I looked the way a fat baby would look if you wrapped it's midsection tightly with reynolds wrap. The 75 watt bulbs from my bathroom sconces cast a hard, sad shadow across my face. A sad, fat-babied man physique lay before the mirror. I looked into my own eyes and immediately diverted them.. I was an ashamed egg-bellied fool. I work with my hands all day in the construction field. Yet, here I am, in what can only be described as a man corset. I have children. I speculated that one sight of me in the compression shirt would be akin to going to their first open casket viewing. I digress. Suddenly, the door burst open! It was my wife. I covered my torso with my arms, recoiling into the corner of the bathroom. "Please, don't look at me!" I wimpered. Alas, it was too late. "I want a divorce", she barked. She stormed into the bedroom, slamming the door closed, to start packing her suitcase. I tried to follow her to plead my case, but unbeknownst to me, the tightness of the shirt had cut off bloodflow to both of my arms. "Please, honey... Lets talk about this!" I screamed. That night, I went to bed with a promise to myself that I would make better food choices, and exercise regularly. This shirt singlehandedly catapulted me into a healthier outlook, simply because I was so disappointed in myself that I vowed to do something about my body. I genuinely believe that everyone should buy one of these to support this company, and I believe that if you look at yourself in the mirror while wearing it, it will be as profound for you as it was for me.
